Hello, Thank you for providing a review, it is very much appreciated. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the lack of features. We try to keep our products very simple and reliable. Many companies will add lots of features to their product, which just caused more points of failure. We want to make sure our trackers are going to work when you need it the most. However, we do offer a pro version of our software if you are needing more features. Please contact our support team and we can enable this for you. As well, our trackers are very different than Tile. The Tile trackers utilize Bluetooth technology and need to be within about 300ft from your phone in order to operate. If you place a tile on your trailer, and it is stolen, odds are not good that you will ever retrieve your equipment. Our trackers utilize up to 72 GNSS satellites to give you an accurate location almost anywhere on the globe. Very different than Tile. However, if you are not happy with the device, we do offer a 30 day trial period. If you are not happy, we can refund you your full amount. Hello, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the included cable for the SolarMAX XL. As per your request, we have already brought this to the attention of the manufacturer. However, it should be noted that the cable is included for diagnostic purposes and was never intended to be used to charge the device. The XL version has a larger solar panel and is capable of quickly charging in the sun. The included USB cable was intended to provide a way to diagnose the device if there is ever an issue, and to provide an emergency charge if the device will be stored indoors. Regarding the level of charge. By law, we can only ship devices with a 60% charge due to the battery chemistry. When the tracking device is packaged, it will have a difficult time getting GPS and possibly cellular signal. The battery will be depleted quickly in this condition. We expect the devices to arrive anywhere between 10% and 50% depending on conditions. Generally when a customer receives the tracking device, they will install it on their asset, and the unit will charge to 100%. Lastly, I apologize that an engineer did not return your call.
