Simple and easy
Let’s me know when my vehicle has moved and shows me where. Long lasting battery and warns me when battery is low. Very satisfied.

Very inaccurate gps
Very inaccurate gps. Have contacted numerous times through the app with no reply. Batteries only last 4-5 weeks at best. Automatically renewed without my consent and charged my account. Have not had time to contact regarding auto renewal.

Hello, We are sorry that you had a poor experience with our service. I took a moment to review your account, and I see a few things. 1) I see that you only have about 30% signal level on this device. Our unit uses GPS to obtain it's location. If your GPS reception is poor then accuracy will also be poor. You can contact our technical support team who can help with relocation ideas. 2) Battery life is directly related to signal strength. Our devices are adaptive, meaning if the signal level is good, then we can decrease the power on our transmitter and use less power. But is the signal is poor, then we use more battery to try and obtain a better GPS fix. Once you have your device relocated, you can expect several years of service from this device. 3) It looks like when you signed up that you selected our Yearly Plan with Automatic Renewal. This is why your card was automatically run after the 1 year of service. At any time you can disable automatic renewal from your account page or contact our team and we can disable it for you. Satellite view
Just had the GPS unit for 1 1/2 weeks. Too early to give a complete review. So far I don’t know why the satellite view shows a extremely old view. The satellite view needs to be updated. I believe my HuntStand app updates view often.

We are using the tracker on our…
We are using the tracker on our Livestock Guardian dog. There’s too much variability in the position of the GPS coordinate to allow us to feel completely assured that we can trust what it is telling us. It shows he’s been places he could never get to. But admittedly we may be expecting too much from the current state of the technology.
