Many of your rates are higher than if I booked directly through the hotel or airline.

Love it!
The customer service and accuracy MAKES this work. The response time for chats is critical and I love never having to wait. My issues are solved with chat agents. Love it. If I ever do have a problem or request, it is solved and my expectations are met. Perfect for business use.

Web application is a good experience for the most part. The Android app is not great - some navigation paths are dead ends that require an app restart to recover from.

Sorry Lola
The company endorses the use of Lola, but I have too many problems with the tool to use it myself. It's more efficient and cost-effective to book directly and then I have no surprises.
