This has changed the way our business tracks trips, expenses, and more. No more searching through endless email threads or calendar invites to find out specifics on each trip. Lola has it all in one place. Plus they provide excellent customer service. I was hesitant at first but I am so glad we went with Lola. Can’t imagine business travel without it.

site is very basic and difficult to use. difficult to search properties and find business style properties. All it seems to do is to find very cheap and basic. Why would you put a hostal on a business travel site and call it a boutique property???

I was always able to find cheaper more efficient flights on the actual airline sites.

Honest, great.

I talked with the representative in chat and I requested a window seat she said she had on window seats on every flight of the four flights I sat by one window. During the seat selection I could not do anything hence the reason she allegedly helped out.
Luke

Really enjoy everything. My one complaint is no longer checking you into your southwest flights automatically. It was the coolest thing when it happened and made me feel extremely at ease. Honestly this company is the best and other than that everything I have needed has been at the touch of my finger tips through messaging with customer service or a quick call.
