Overall our company has had a great experience with Lola. There has been some question here and there around the cost of the flights compared to Google or directly through the Airline. Though, it's hard to compare because Lola shows the "Out the door" cost where most other spots quote you prices before taxes and fees. The customer service is incredible and worth the cost alone. Any time we need help changing a flight, they are on top of it.

Have always had a great experience when dealing with Lola agents. My only issue is that not every itinerary shows my bosses loyalty program # and therefore I cannot confirm that the points are being applied. As my boss has notified me that not every Jetblue trip has been registered. Is there a better way to make sure all Loyalty points are being applied? SD - Renovia Inc

I really like Lola but on the Admin / Manage side of it there are some improvements that I'd like to see made to make it easier to look at profiles, travel history (and current / future trips).

In the next two weeks, I am reserved for nearly 22 hours of air-time in middle seats. When I bought my flights weeks ago, Lola's software didn't have enough pull apparently to get seat selection on those particular flights (many flights I can select seats without issue). Remember that convenience comes at a price: had I reserved directly with the airline, chances are good I'd have better seats.

Web application is a good experience for the most part. The Android app is not great - some navigation paths are dead ends that require an app restart to recover from.

If I could I would have given the platform of Lola.com probably a 3 and Customer Support a 5+++++. I have dealt with many customer service, support groups. I have to say that the group at Lola is fantastic, every one of them. Not only are they very helpful, if they don't know the answer they will find out and actually get back to you with the answer. They are so polite and you can tell even on a chat that they are very personable people. Whoever hired and trained them should be given a 5 ++++ also. So many people these days don't have a clue what Customer Service is. Why I would only give Lola's Travel Platform a 3 or even a 4 is this. Let's start with the good. It is super easy to use and has many useful things (like incorporating Google Maps) for the Traveler. Being able to put in your places you go to a lot with the Hotels you like to use when you do is great. Now for the not so good. The setup process is disjointed and confusing. In my opinion, it should be all in one place for the Traveler or the Admin to set up. As it is now, I have to Go to the Manage People thing and invite them and wait for them to respond and then I don't even use that screen ever again. Then I have to go into Manage-Setting-Company Credit Cards and set up their Credit Card and give Permission. Then I sign in as the Traveler so I can set up their Loyalty Cards and their preferences. One place, one screen, and no confusion. What really makes me crazy is that the flights, hotels and cars are separate and I cannot print an Itinerary with all three on it with the information they need. I can't believe you cannot do this. Every other travel program I have worked with, (the last being Axiom) gives you an itinerary. To me, that is the main turn-off. There are a few other things I would like to see but I sent a long list to Lola not to long ago. Lola has the opportunity to be the best Travel Platform out there especially now that they have partnered with Axiom. They need to fix a few things first.
