I travel a lot for work and don't always remember to where I'm going when or to check into my flights, etc. Lola has taken a lot of small things off my to-do list like reminding me of travel, checking me in for flights, alerting me when a flight is delayed or cancelled, and helping me to book another flight when necessary. I love booking travel through lola because they are super helpful, the pricing is always great and I can find all of my favorite hotels and airlines in one place.

Lola.com Has Saved us a ton of money! Before Lola, we had to dedicate an actual member of our Marketing team to seamlessly handle all of the travel planning for our Sales staff. This was extremely time consuming, inefficient, and impossible to keep up with our corporate growth. Lola has eliminated that need and is in a great position to grow with us.

Lola has been an outstanding partner thus far. No longer worried about staying in budget per our travel policy and I am confident my sales reps will get where the need to be. Lookin forward to see them continue to build more great products.

Our company recently switched over to Lola for business travel management. The UI is very easy to use and their customer service is really responsive. I accidentally booked the wrong flight date and they were able to cancel my ticket and reimburse me without any penalty! I also thought it was a nice touch to receive flight notifications via email when my flight got delayed numerous times.

Simple to use website for corporate travel booking. Well designed and great customer support. Much better than the other solutions we tried before.

Prior to Lola, I was personally booking all travel for our company. Since implementing Lola, I have been able to save a ton of time. Additionally, our team is now able to confidently book their travel accomodations without having to worry about if it's within budget or not, as Lola allows us to set up Guidelines. Platform aside, the customer service is amazing, I wish every company I interacted with was as helpful as the team at Lola.

Lola has a very clean interface- it only took me about 5 minutes to go in and get my flight booked for work. Everything was laid out very clearly and intuitive, extremely easy compared to the previous process we used. Prior to Lola people were booking their own travel individually, and there was confusion around budgets and acceptable expenditures. Now it's easy to see which travel items fall within the guidelines of the company expense policy, and it was super easy to book flights.

Lola has been great so far! It is really simple to book flights and manage trips within their application. Their interface is beautiful and intuitive! For round-trip flights, you have to book the depart and return flights separately in order to see all of the available options. After you choose a departing flight, it locks in that airline and you are no longer able to book return flights using a separate airline. I know there is probably a reason for this but it would be nice to see all available options, across airlines. That is the only reason why I didn't give it a 5-star rating.
