I was advised to purchase a sleep app machine from this company, but it hasn’t improved my sleep; in fact, it’s worsened. After using it for 2-3 weeks, my sleep quality has declined significantly. I doubt I have sleep apnea and suspect they’re misdiagnosing people for profit. They also refused to refund me, so I plan to contact an attorney.

Just another cheap knock off ripoff…
Just another cheap knock off ripoff company! Tried to get headgear for my CPAP mask. SO small it would not fit a dolls head! no help from them. SO AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, they don’t ask for prescription first, charge your credit card then call you to get prescription

Easy experience, with minor bumps
Prompt responses, transparent pricing, and an easy overall experience from sleep testing to receiving a CPAP (about two weeks total, YMMV)
I will say that I was expecting to speak more directly with medical professionals for specific guidance as opposed to customer service reps, but such is the nature of telemedicine
Just got my CPAP in hand, working to figure it out by myself because I didn't spring for the post-purchase customer support -- however, there's plenty of information out there on these specific machines, so I'm not too worried

Great customer service
Great customer service - if you have any issues just contact them either by email or phone and they'll help resolve them for you. It's also surprising how quickly they respond to emails too!

Inaccurate reporting. No credibility.
An easy to use and set up for a sleep apnea test at my home. However, the results report is inaccurate. It overinflated the AHI stat and gave a percentage of a sleep posture. I never sleep in that specific posture. Therefore, the findings have lost any credibility.

Don't be misled by bad experiences.
No offense to the people who left a 1-star rating, but had they done some prior research they could have avoided their issues.
-You need to vet your own insurance to see if they will accept Lofta's prescription and cover the prescribed device(s) and also see if your insurance requires a "rent to own" period. This is not Lofta's responsibility. I've never even known a doctor's office to check such things; it has always been the patient's responsibility to contact insurance and see what is covered or not.
-Lofta's own FAQs state that they only offer in-store credit for opened returns. As inconvenient as this may seem, it is actually pretty generous considering a lot of places do not accept returns on used medical equipment whatsoever.
As for my own personal experience, the process was amazing. I was able to find a discount code and received the in-home test for about $150. It was free expedited shipping, so within a week I was able to receive the test, take the test and send off for the results. My results were processed within a day or so, and I spoke with a representative about my results the following day. In total, the entire process was less than 2 weeks.
In all fairness, you can interpret your results yourself. The person you speak to on the phone about your results is not a doctor. They will help you understand things and pick out your equipment, but this is all stuff you can do yourself. Just make an effort to self-educate and do some homework; I had my cart put together before I even spoke with my representative, and they went ahead and applied a 20% discount to my cart with free 2-day shipping. Yes they recommend things like counseling services, etc for an additional charge but I did not once feel pressured into purchasing such things.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wish I had done it months if not years ago.
