Limited Reporting and a Rushed Follow-Up
I had a frustrating experience with Lofta’s sleep-test reporting. I was told I had “moderate OSA,” but when I asked for my complete sleep-study report and the underlying AHI data used to reach that conclusion, I was not provided it. Patients should be able to see the full results behind a diagnosis—especially from a company that also sells treatment. Providing only a limited summary while refusing to share the complete report feels misleading and lacks transparency. I also felt rushed through the follow-up call. The Lofta representative did not clearly explain the results or send the detailed report I requested. Without the complete report, it is difficult to bring the information to another provider for an independent opinion. I’m not claiming the test was fabricated, but I do not feel I was given enough information to independently understand or verify the diagnosis. While being spammed with emails and text to buy their equipment. What a horrible deceiving company.
