This is a scummy company. They aren't allowing me to return an unopened item, are reviewing the return of my other two items and will charge me over $100 if the return of them is approved (plus of course the postage to return them.) I wish I had looked at TrustPilot before buying from them.

Received a faulty device for Sleep Apnea. Still in the return status after 1-2 months of communication. Terrible purchase.

Their price matching claim is a bait-and-switch. They state "Rest assured Lofta will not be undersold. If you find any product Lofta sells for a lower price simply let us know and we will not only match the lower price, but beat it by 10% of the difference." They will try to get around it by adding a promo code that brings their pricing about $10-20 lower, instead of the 10%, and give you excuses. I spoke with their rep Sierra Ammons. Waste of time.

Ordered sleep test with expedited shipping. Product never arrived but showed as delivered. I attempted to call customer service, and after being told no wait by their AI system, I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes until I got a prompt that I would be given a call back. Well no call back. I pretty much figured I had to eat the nearly $200 I spent on the product and shipping cost after reading the reviews (Which I should have done in the beginning) so I ordered another one from a much more reputable company (they were amazing). I then got an email that the product was returned and if I wanted them to re-deliver it with updated address or have them process a refund. Hell naw, give me my refund. I’m not holding my breath for my money. Use this company at your own risk.

Terrible service. Cpap stop working after 6 months. It is not worth it dealing with this terrible customer service.

Terrible service - I bought an airmini in APril 2026. Worked fine for 2 months, then would stop working intermittenly. I called support. Message said 0 minute wait time, I was sent into 5 minutes of recordings only to them be asked by AI to leave message for call back. Never called back. I did this 3 days in a row. finally got a call back. the tech said he'd send me a new power cord which came 2 days later but didnt impact the problem. I've been trying to get a return call for 3 days since then, and nobody calls back, nor answers. Just the same recording and voice mail option. I'm going to switch providers, I bet I could get a new script, a new machine, before I can get a call back from Lofta and I have ZERO confidence they will stand up to their so called 2 year warranty.

Dealing with Lofta customer service has been a ridiculously painful experience. After they sent the sleep test to the wrong address, they wanted to wait until the test was delivered and then returned before they would ship it to the proper address. That would have extended the date by at least 2 weeks. I've now emailed back and forth nearly 20 messages to get a new test shipped to the proper address that has been in my profile the entire time. This is easily the most incompetent customer service I've ever dealt with.

I was looking to buy an Air Mini and the connections to use my own tubing were confusing at best. I waited on hold both telephone and chat on the CPAP Store and tried navigating their website but clearly they were doing bait and switch techniques and I couldn’t get a straight answer. I decided to look further down the Google list and Lofta was advertising about the same deal so I gave them a shot. Answered my call within 30 seconds. The gentleman (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and I ended up paying (with a bunch of extras) about $100 less than other advertised prices. He was very pleasant and helpful and we completed our deal in less than 20 minutes. I rarely have that kind of experience. Highly recommend Lofta.
