The first order I did during the bad weather, the lobsters arrived dead. I didn't have to do a think, you knew it and notified me. You gave me an instant refund. I reordered and they arrived fresh. They are delicious and as large as you say. I've ordered many times.

I had an issue with my order and customer service responded timely. They are very professional! My advice: do not wave the shipping insurance. You never know what issues may arise (that are completely out of Lobsters Online’s control).

Larry was delivered on time and live on 1/31 and survived the next 24 hrs to be sacrificed for my wife’s birthday. He was delicious. I will continue to buy my live lobsters from this company and can recommend you do so as well
