This is my second time ordering 4-lb live lobsters from lobstersonline.com and there is no doubt there will be a third, fourth and so on! Simply put, the quality of the lobsters is AMAZING and the customer service, ease of order and communication is all excellent.

Best prices on lobsters

I was impressed with Jen when I called to inquire about our order. She made me feel like I was talking with a next door neighbor. We spent several years vacationing in Pocasset and always enjoyed dining at the Lobster Trap. Now given that experience we were expecting the same level of quality with our order. Unfortunately that was not the case. The clam chowder was not thick or rich but instead tasted like it was canned. The Quahog was bland and gummy even after cooking until 165 degrees. Oh well we still miss the Lobster Trap and hope to return to dine in person one day

I’ve only ordered lobster tails. With the exception of my last order (which I’ll speak to), the LTs were packed to ensure they arrived cold (sometimes nearly frozen), sizes are consistent and accurate, etc. Upon cooking the meat is tender and sweet (I usually broil or grill). My last order, all was consistent except the appearance of what I would describe as freezer burn (dryness/discoloration) on the exposed part. I emailed their customer service morning after I received my order; explained the issue and included photos. Received a response same day with an apology and an offer to make the matter correct. I chose the recompense I wanted and received confirmation it would be made so. I could not ask for better customer service. And I will continue to give them my business, since nothing is perfect and this one instance was addressed professionally, compassionately, etc. Also, as of my last order, pricing is better than most competitors.

This is the second time I’ve sent seafood to my son who in his heart he’s a New Englander but he lives out west. He was thrilled with everything both times and I personally love dealing with you all. Thanks so much. BJ Lovett
