I have ordered from Lobsters Online twice now and have had 2 great experiences. You get exactly what you order and want, at a price that is competitive, on time! They seem to "understand" a more seasoned lobster consumer, versus others who tend to appeal to the novus buyer.

We have ordered lobsters many times. They have always arrived on time and in good shape. Most of the time the lobsters are a bit bigger. On occasion we had a dead lobster, and they immediately refunded the price of the lobster. Prices are always better than other places we have used. Great company, I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting live lobsters delivered. Paul

This is our second time ordering live lobsters. They arrived on time and all of them were alive (8). They were delicious!!! Could not order online, but the woman who took my order over the phone was wonderful!
