This is an update to my original review where I chose 3 stars because the lobsters arrived on time and alive but one died before I was able to cook them. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars because someone from the company contacted me about an hour after my review was posted offering to refund my purchase price or send me a replacement lobster free of charge (even overnight shipping was free). I chose the replacement and received not one but two lobsters. This time both lived and all 4 were delicious! 5 STARS for quality, customer service, and VALUE (best price I found online).

I don't like your website it's not too user friendly and needs work. You don't ship 3 plus pounds to NH, however, you site accepts the order and charges you anyways. Customer service was terrific in compensating me the difference in price, when I realize I did not get what I had paid for. This issue is a flaw that needs to be remedied before you lose customers.

The ordering was easy. Only problem was I couldn’t find how to apply the discount when I paid for the order. I’ll let you know about order arrival and quality of the lobsters.
