How can I even remove the one star? Seated formal dinner party - check! Main course- fresh lobsters from expedited, overnight delivery, ordered 5 days prior…. NEVER delivered. After several emails (no phone call) Was nonchalantly told they had a computer glitch. Only received credit back from purchase price and future “discount”, really? Lesson learned: if you decide to order from lobsters-online.com make sure you call to check-up on your order daily. Not good.

My Lobster order was a gift and it did arrive on time as promised. I would have given a five star review except I tried to reach someone at the company regarding my order, but they have a totally automated answering system and it was impossible to speak to anyone personally.
