While my lobsters did not arrive until 4 days after they were scheduled to be here your staff was most accommodating and willing to amend for the failure of the shipper. The full price credit and offer of a discount on my next order encouraged me to order from you again and I will do so the next time the lobster urge captures this now transplanted New Englander.

It was my first time ordering lobster and accidentally put two orders in. Jenifer at Lobsters on Line gave me a call and cancelled one of my orders. That was really nice, I surely didn’t want to waste those delicious lobsters. Over all it was a new experience for me and my family and it turned out great!! Lobsters arrived on time, nicely packed and clicking around in the box! Cooking AND picture taking suggestions included. 🙂 Also ordered bisque, which was frozen, with excellent rewarming instructions. Fantastic experience and dinner with friends. Highly recommend this vendor!!

The lobster showed up early. And they were quite alive. Moving around fine look very beautiful and very tasty. I would definitely recommend that and do it again next year, right? They just make it a tradition. Merry Christmas.
