The lobsters were great and if I just bought them it would be 5 stars. But I also ordered 2 sets of shell crackers. They were horrible and soaking wet which made the bib and napkins useless. But as I stated at the beginning, lobsters were awesome.

Placed an order Friday afternoon and received fresh live lobsters next day morning. Lobsters were packed with care in an insulated box. I checked 3 others online lobster shops before I placed my order and found Lobsters Online had to best price.

Although bad weather prevented our lobsters from arriving on time which was totally out of Lobsters Online control, they fully refunded us promptly because we had the travel insurance. I would be happy to do business with them again and highly recommend to others!
