LMC TruckReviews of lmctruck.com

Ordering on-line was disappointing. I trusted the contents of the box, and when I opened it several months later to work on m truck I given incorrect parts. Ensure you check your contents ASAP because they tend to ship incorrect parts. I will order from NPD for my Truck parts going forward. Poor customer satisfaction. Beware....

I use LMC regularly and have great luck. However the legend 141 5 spoke rims do not fit over 4x4 hubs. Returning and they were reluctant to cover shipping fees. Eventually the supervisor approved to cover costs. Shame because the rims are beautiful

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. McDonald's has better customer service than LMC. I made a purchase, they took the money from my account. 7 days later, i decided to check the whereabouts of my package. So I called, waited 35min on hold.then they said my billing address didn't match my shipping address, duuu there online order didn't ask for it. I never got a phone call or a email notifying me of a problem. Well i didn't get my parts or a apology. Hey LMC, my money works everywhere else but i guess you don't need it

international shipping to Germany in 6 days, wow that was fast! Did order small parts and the rubber behind the mirrors which turned out to be plastic but I think thats okay. Very clear shipping and tax costs door to door (bit pricey though but hey, it's overseas...)

The four pieces for the 1950 Ford pickup bed but I bought there was something wrong with all four pieces the bedsides or not made to the original rear cross piece would not fit because stake Pockets at the bottom or made longer than the bedside. Customer service does not know anything about their parts they just sell parks so if you need to know any technical support you're not going to get it. When you call customer service it's like you're chasing your tail the four pieces for the 1950 Ford pickup bed that I bought there was something wrong with all four pieces the bedside or not made to the original rear crossed eastwood not fit because steak pockets at the bottom were made longer than the bedside. My original online account has been locked out for over a month and I just get IT is working on it as a response every time I call or email. I had to create another online account with a different email address due to an urgent need, but will look elsewhere for further parts.

Customer supplied parts for a 68 Chevy truck he bought from LMC. complete floor, rockers, cab corners, and lower fender mounts. NOTHING FIT!!!!!! I've been a body man for almost 30 years and these parts are by far the worst I've ever used. Had to fabricate every part. When I say nothing fit I mean it. Their own parts didn't even fit together! Unbelievable how bad these are. Unfortunately for me most people who hire you don't have an understanding of what it takes to make parts fit and having parts this bad makes it a bad experience for both parties. Will never recomend this companies parts!!!!

Bought new "stock" leaf spring from my 1994 Ford truck to replace the old worn out ones, it was sagging about 2" below stock height. After replacing them, the truck was jacked up about 4" above stock ride height. Called LMC customer service, sent pictures through email and waited 5 days to hear back from someone. They told me that the springs are the correct ones and there was nothing they could do. After requesting a refund, I was shut down. After demanding a refund due to dangerous driving conditions (headlights were pointing at the ground, couldnt see anything at night), they put me on hold for over an hour. Still waiting on hold as I write this review. It will change if I ever hear back from them.
