Customer service is terrible!! I called and after waiting about 30 minutes to speak to someone, the gal that answered the phone told me there was no way to find out what spline is on the steering column that I was trying to order. She says that they do not even know who the manufacture is. I asked how I was suppose to find out this detail before I ordered it and she hung up on me.

LMC ABS Plastic Headliners
LMC ABS Plastic Headliners - FLIMSY and CHEAPLY made garbage
I purchased LMC item # 56-7463-LG. Club Cab Models with Overhead Console. $379.95 PLUS nearly $60.00 in shipping costs to Georgia.
First I must say- when it arrived I asked the UPS driver to wait because the box 18" x 32 " x 72" which is much smaller than the 60" x 60" headliner in my truck so I figured something went wrong on my order. The box was also badly damaged due to improper packing of its contents, but I digress. Much to my surprise there was, in fact, a headliner in the box- ROLLED UP LIKE a burrito. This gives you a good idea of how flimsy and thin the ABS plastic backer is made.
Now as for the headliner quality. The item's misleading pictures show a headliner that has holes cut along with stating *Easy Installation and * No Special Tools needed. Holes for the center console, interior light, grab handle and sun visors are how the factory headliner is held to the interior roof. The headliner you get will come with NONE of these cutouts. YOU will be instructed to cut your own holes and "tape or glue" the headliner material on the back side of your new hole, and NO... there is no tape or glue in the box with your new burrito, not even a single packet of hot sauce. I know, you might be reading this and saying, maybe I don't want those holes in my new headliner... well then, tell me then how YOU would have it say up? Or maybe like the very tasty burrito, you might utilize a re-fried bean paste slathered on the backside for the final assembly of your new headliner
In summary, If you have ANYTHING left of a foam board headliner - clean it, fix it and USE IT- this item is ONLY if you have nothing because it's really ONLY BETTER THEN NOTHING!

I just was on the phone with a woman at LMC Truck in reference to an order I placed 9 days earlier. When I checked the LMC site to check on the location of my order it was still in processing. I indicated to the woman on the phone that I needed the parts and she made a run at quilting me with the covid19 excuse and when that failed she stated that the order was held up because of a back ordered part. I asked what that may be and she said it was a bolt. Yes,,, I said a bolt, not bolts but a bolt for the tailgate hinge. A $477.00 dollar order held up by a bolt. I too waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak with an indignant woman just to find out this amazing phenomenon... that being how in the *&^%#(&^*&)* are they still in business... I canceled the order and as fate would have it, I would never have looked for a different company to spend my money with if not for LMC's rude employee's and company policies. I now spend my money with a reliable company...

Mu husband bought a diagram and a smart part from here. Sorry don't have the order sheet, anyway it weighed 13oz. And they get to charge you by the amount of the $ amount of the part not the weight. We paid 125.? for shipping. Are you kidding me. Called and the 2 women said you should have looked at the chart. Excuse that wasn't the question. Why do you figure out the ounces or lbs and then charge. We won't order from them again Nasty people. And most of the parts are from China .

2017 I ordered truck door parts for my…Cheap truck parts
2017 I ordered truck door parts for my 66 Ford truck, I installed parts and here 3 years later the rubber in wing windows is already deteriorated. The work is not easy to do and the original rubber seal looked better after 40 years than the cheap rubber they sent me that lasted less than 3 years. I'm through with lmc.

i will start off saying that I had…
i will start off saying that I had spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with lmc doing a frame off restoration on my 1982 chevy k10. I ordered most of the parts that I need while I was deployed over in the middle east for 8 months looking forward to getting back and working on my truck, upon my return I quickly started tearing the truck apart and cleaning it up. my problems started when I was looking throw some of the boxes for parts I needed that the slips said were shipped in them upon searching I discovered that about 10 things I ordered had never came as they said they had so I called lmc up to get this fixed upoin telling the lady what I was missing she told me there was no way that none of that stuff had came and that I must have misplaced it and I told her nicely that I had just got back from overseas a week ago and just opened them and then she brought up the time frame of when I placed the order and I again told her that I had just gotten back from a deployment for the military that was 8 months long needless to say so I don't go on forever I had to listen to her tell me it was my fault that the parts I ordered were missing and she did not believe me that I had not received them so I pressed on found out the doors I ordered in no way shape or form fit the lines were not correct and just a complete mess I threw the doors out and the core support I bought that was made out tin and bought oem rust free ones from down in southern states I will never order from them again parts never fit right have dents in them when they arrive and they think that is fine and normal poor company to buy from and the way they treat costumers is terrible

Ordered parts for 1977 dodge power…
Ordered parts for 1977 dodge power wagon 1.sending unit had to bend to fit and line connections are at different angles from stock. 2.Filler hose to long and straight will kink and pop out of tank.3.Breather hose to short.4.Tank filler grommet is to tight have to make careful relief cuts to fit but once in too tight for filler hose.So I called L M C and lady said I ordered wrong parts for the year, wrong! I walked her through this is what is listed for year of my truck, she backed off but told me anything installed I can't return and shipping charges along with restocking fees I would have to pay.You know what even J C Whitney takes anything back.So these will go on the wall big W T F!!! L M C written sign next to it,when asked I will share how L M C list parts that do not fit and then wants me to pay shipping and restocking.I bet these parts are from China,if I'm told these are the parts for my truck I am going to try installing, can't trust what L M C has listed, how is one to know unless you try installing!Decent online retailers include a postage paid easy return label and make it right when they are listing the wrong parts along with correcting their online parts listings.Maybe the C stands for China the lack of honest practices and quality stand to reason.

Problem resolved. Management called me and resolved the issue. They have shipped me a new hood at no charge! Prior to shipping, they sent me pics of the hood. The hood was fine with minor exceptions.
its a crapshoot!!!! on the most part i have had good luck with lmc. just recently though, 4/2/20, i just had a terrible experience. i was sent a damaged hood for an 87 chevy truck. to make a long story very short, i had sent several pics of the damaged (buckle) in the center of the hood.after speaking to several associates they determined it was "normal scratches and dings"!!! not only would they NOT exchange it but they wanted me to pay for for return shipping!!!! I will never do business with lmc again! just for reference, i have been in autobody repair and restoration for 45 years.
