Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic! I received an item that had a design defect and would not fit in my home. The customer service representative immediately issued a refund followed by an explanation that they could not take it back once the box was opened and suggested that I donate it to someone who could use it. That's some of the best service I've seen in years!

YOU GET A 5 STAR FOR COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSE TO EMAILS. STEERED WRONG THIS CHAIR IS NOT OK FOR A 5'5" 140 LB ADULT. I KNOW MY SPACE BEING SMALL WAS THE HURDLE BUT JUST TELL ME YOU CAN'T ACCOMMODATE ME. WHEN IT COMES TO THE MANUEL 1 INSTRUCTIONS WERE POOR 2 THE TOOLS NEEDED TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NOT ONES A PERSON WOULD JUST HAVE SITTING AROUND

Good first experience
My first time ordering from this store, wrist braces my doctor is no longer allowed to sell me without an office visit. So annoying but glad I found Living Well because I got them fast and a good price. No $300 office visit required!

Fantastic customer service…
I loved that a representative called me to review the order I placed on the website. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. My scooter arrived in the time frame they gave me.
