I really enjoyed working with Roni at the Mission Valley Store. My chair was delivered the day after I purchased it, but it had two stains on the cushion. A replacement cushion was delivered the next day. The service recovery was great, and I love my chair.

We worked with Brittany C on purchasing a new sectional for our home. We ended up having to have it custom made due to the availability of the oversized chaise. The customer service and people we met were top notch. The play area for my four year was a wonderful help as well. All we have to do now is wait 4-6 weeks for the actual couch and pray it is all is as expected.

We had a great experience with Laura at the Thornton location, she was very informative about the many different Leather couches we were looking at. My husband and I were surprised to hear that the one leather living room set we wanted to purchase was in stock and could be delivered in 4 days. Very impressive!! Also Thornton had many great options to choose from which made our choice a little tricky to narrow down which one we wanted to buy. I highly recommend Living Spaces if you’re looking for furniture.
