Very helpful and not pushy great service

Shelby (@Living Spaces at Conroe) wasn’t on the clock yet but was very pleasant and took the time to stop and answer my questions, which ultimately led to a purchase today! Customer Service A+

I bought a $6k living room set and paid cash in full. My new furniture was scheduled to be delivered on a Tuesday, and I was supposed to be contacted on Monday for the delivery window. I didn’t hear from them, so I called them at 5:30pm. I was then informed that something weird happened to my account and it showed I had an $8 balance. Since there was a balance, they cancelled my delivery without notifying me. They acted like they were doing me a favor for taking care of the $8 balance even though I have a receipt showing paid in full. Then they refused to deliver on the scheduled day. I had made arrangements with work to stay home to receive the furniture and scheduled all my appointments for the rest of the week. As I was on the phone with them, my current furniture was literally being taken out of my house going to a family in need. They tried to reschedule for a day I had other appointments. I explained everything to them, yet they couldn’t deliver on the scheduled delivery day. I canceled the whole order. Of course, I will have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund, but to me, it’s the principle and lack of customer service. They didn’t own up to their mistake. This is my one and only experience with them and will never step foot in their store again.

The staff was very helpful I spoke with Kris & Matthew. They answered my questions and helped the select the best fit for me. I will be returning for future needs soon.

Mark was a great salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. He was very informative about the furniture. He was not pushy at all. He gave us room to review and ask questions. He gave us great insights and had an answer for every question.

Maggie was super helpful with finding our new couch!

Curtis was very helpful with our purchase. He was with us all along the way and helped in finding the right color for for the furniture.

We loved the number of options both in style and customizable color choices. We waited a little while for a specific sales person, but she was never available. We did receive excellent service from James A.
