I received a lovely plant from Lively Root as a gift but did not know who it was from. Keff was able to look up the order to retrieve the sender’s information so I can now send a proper thank you. Cheers!

Hi Susan, thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback! We're glad Keff was able to help you out.

Plants got delivered tipped and frozen. They have both died. The fern especially was so root-bound that it had split the sides of the planter pot. Neither plant was in an "Eco" pot as ordered.

My order still hasn’t shipped. There’s a label created but that’s it. Likely cancelling it today.

I sent yellow roses to my 86 year old mom for Valentines Day, and they arrive on the 19th of February. Clearly this plant had been through a lot in its journey. the leaves and blooms were crispy and dead. Terrible gift.

Hi Mary, please reach out to [email protected] and we would be happy to work with you to make things right. This certainly is unacceptable and would be happy to look into this further with you.
