Whenever my plant arrived several of the branches were broken off of it and the bag of dirt was spilled all over the box. So when I opened the box the dirt went everywhere. So I had to use potting soil that I had at home to help stabilize the plant because it was falling over and I'm going to probably have to trim off some of the branches to help it grow nice, healthy ones back. Very frustrated with this experience.

I recd livelyroot as a gift from my son. A plant arrives once per month. Generally is good condition with one exception. I have twice received duplicates which was not suppose to happen. Today I received a plant either no identification or instructions. Very frustrating

So I ordered an Orchid from these people. It arrived with two cut leaves ( by them) and two leaves that were sunburned. One very badly. I can only imagine how the trimmed leaves looked. Within a week all the small buds dropped off. Customer service said the would send a replacement. I received the replacement and it looked nothing like the photos they showed. Although this plant is much healthier, it is half the size of the original which was not cheap ($68 USA). I'm very disappointed. I can purchase better orchids at my local supermarket for half ( or less) the price Be warned, the plants ( at least the Orchids) are not worth the price or the weeks wait.

I have used them a few times and it was good. I recently purchased a higher priced item and when I reached out for help, I did get answered quickly but I accidently sent a picture of the wrong box and everything stopped completely. Even after I noticed what I did I tried to reach out again but they still kind of blew me off. I never got any help for my sick plant and now i have a $130 cutting I hope I can propagate.

The experience with the customer service team at LivelyRoot, was not good. Firstly, the fact that you can't get anyone to answer the phone # for customer service is frustrating. I get that people don't want to answer the phone anymore, but the issue I had regarding receiving some damaged plants, could have been resolved in ONE phone call versus 4 separate emails between myself and the customer who purchased the plants for me as a gift. This experience was beyond frustrating and makes me question how this company receives such great reviews for their customer service.

I have been having delivery issues with livelyroot. Plants have come in crushed, one plant sat at the post office for almost a week without anyone contacting us to tell us it was there. Unfortunately livelyroot wrote the answer to it was that it was the delivery company’s issue not theirs. So much for their 100% guarantee.

We bought three plants through Lively Root, which all ended up dying out of nowehere on us after the 30-day guarantee period of course. We are successful at keeping many other plants alive so this was not user error. We don't recommend this company.
