Ok I had been looking at this company for a while and finally decided to make a purchase. When my plant arrived it was in pretty bad shape and I was a bit disappointed but thought no worries it will be fine. Two months of nursing this little guy and he just kept getting worse so I reached out to customer service and they replaced him with no questions. My new guy arrived yesterday and he is beautiful, they even sent him in another pot which I did not expect as the pot I purchased was fine. I will definitely be purchasing some new lovelies in the future from this company.

I ordered a plant for a team member that had a loss in their family. Sadly the plant I wanted was out of stock after making my order. The team quickly outreached to me apologizing for any inconvenience and offered any other plants within the same price range. I found another fabulous plant. They made the exchange promptly and professionally! I can’t wait to order more in the future!

Received a plant that died quite quickly, Lively Root sent a replacement plant with suggestions to avoid the same thing happening. Greatly, greatly appreciate the care and consideration taken with this order!

I want to let anyone know if your looking for great customer service to go along with beautifully maintained plants, you've found it! I ordered 1 snake plant that arrived as expected but unfortunately FedEx was awful with delivering my 2 lrg Fiddle plants. CS was excellent with accommodating me!! I totally blame FedEx and will be ordering from them again, as they will avoid FedEx for my account. A1 !!

I originally had ordered the Pink Flamingo plant but it unfortunately arrived on the early dying stages. I emailed you all the pics and i got a quick response back with choosing the equal dollar amount of another plant but advised to pick a more durable plant for the long travel it would take to arrive here to ensure its life. I did that and what’s wild is, I was already notified by my Shop app of its shipment details BEFORE your already fast response of those details!! I was POSITIVELY BAFFLED by the swift action made by Crystal and company!! It was delivered today, 9/20/2022 and it’s oh so cute too!! Thank you all again for your PROMPT response in getting this issue rectified, Crystal, and those other anonymous people who made this wrong a right!!

This Company is amazing! I received a plant as a gift for my retirement and when the plant was not thriving as it should have, I reached out and Lively Root got back to me immediately and helped me get back on the right track to plant ownership! I am so pleased with their service.

I ordered a Ponytail Palm and it arrived quickly, unfortunately during shipping the palm received some damage. Lively Root was amazing and took care of the situation, so I could receive a happy and healthy plant. This has been the best customer service I’ve received in years. I will be a continuing customer with Lively Root.
