LIVE GRUNDReviews of livegrund.com

Beautiful product, arrived on time and is a very high quality with plush double-sided detail.

We did not get what we had ordered

If there were a choice for zero stars that’s what I would be choosing. I ordered 3 bath mats on October 14 and my credit card was charged $279. I have never received an order confirmation or any correspondence from Live Grund (except for this email) even though I have called twice and left messages and also emailed twice, with absolutely no call or email back. I am contacting my credit card company to remove the charge.

Love these rugs! Wish there were larger sizes!

We saw these rugs in one of those stores that have a bit of everything and did not find enough of what we needed. So, online we went and found the Live Grund site. Clearly more expensive than your regular bath rug but even more clear, well worth it. Very much worthwhile. The feel, the quality. All of it.

The quality of the bath rugs are luxurious however; I can’t say the same for the bath towels and the customer service response time is poor. It’s been almost a week and no one has a responded to my email concern about defective items I received.

Color wasn’t as described

The product is high quality and the service was very professional, thank you!
