I never got a confirmation email, tracking number or response to my emails asking to verify my order. I did however, eventually receive my order and am pleased with the product. Communication just needs to be better so ordering isn't such a stressful experience.

It starts with not getting a email for the order. then the customer service was nonexistent . I emailed 3 times and only an automated response. I called 2 or 3 times and only a message machine. HOWEVER….. when I received the two organic bath mats they were exactly what I wanted!!! So hopefully the quicks will be worked out and I will order through them again!

The quality of the bath rugs are luxurious however; I can’t say the same for the bath towels and the customer service response time is poor. It’s been almost a week and no one has a responded to my email concern about defective items I received.

I have not yet gotten my products yet I get messages every day to review my experience. It’s one purchase of many and very frustrating to receive so many emails.

Bath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic bag, which easily snagged in shipping. Rug was snagged. Had to be replaced. Customer service rep was very cordial - 5 stars on customer service rep. Would suggest using a more durable shipping bag of heavier plastic if you choose to ship in bag vs box. :-) Quality of rug is very good, thick/heavy, high quality cotton.

Great product but poor packaging. The item was in the mail bag only with no protective bag to cover it from the holes that were poked into it during shipping. This meant the product was dirty on arrival. Not a great first impression.

I was very excited to get my rugs, but when they came the color was much lighter than shown online. Now I am trying to find out how to return them.

So I have bought similar rugs before from Grund. This time, the color for the one was not as pictured, it was pictured as being the same as the one in a different style without the backing that we had bought previously. This color was much lighter, and while it will be okay in the individual's bathroom (this is for a person with disabilities we care for), he liked the other color better. Also when I washed them they both exploded with lint. And I mean exploded, it was everywhere. The blue one I washed later and it was fine, no problems with color or exploding, shedding yarns.
