I had my bath rugs for years and it held up great.

As many have shared, there is NO customer service. Multiple emails without a reply, and sent to the same email as the "we're sorry, please reply to us at customerservice{blah, blah}." To add insult to injury, the product we received said it came with a 5-year warranty, but if you dig into their customer service tab on their website, they clearly state "There is no longer a warranty for Live Grund Products." !!!! Clearly this is a company to avoid at all costs! For the price paid for "luxury products," it's not worth being stuck with some that are inferior. Amazing there are so many 5-star reviews; those were the lucky ones that got something that didn't need attention. UPDATE: Wow - after over two to three weeks, we did hear from customer service and they were very apologetic. Without even asking for our defective rug to be shipped back, they sent a replacement plus a couple of gifts. Apparently there are only three people running this company, so obviously they are struggling. However, based on their response, I must change my tune! (The website still says they don't have a warranty, so take that into account, hence only four stars.) Very pleased at the genuine response and action on their part.

It took almost a year to secure this rug since 17 x 24 is difficult to secure - Got Lucky and now it is on display in my bathroom. Good Quality.
