WOW! Didn't know I could sleep so well until I bought Grund sheets!
WOW! Upon receiving my new sheet set from Grund America, my immediate reaction was "WOW" - incredible! So pleased with this purchase. The sheets arrived in a keepsake box, hand tied with a ribbon - felt like Christmas morning! Then, after unwrapping them and dressing up our master bed with the Slate Gray sheets, I couldn't wait to crawl in bed to experience the Grund difference! Oh my gosh - I finally understand why choosing the right bedding makes the sleep experience SO MUCH BETTER! I'll never go back to "off the rack" sheets again. The high quality fabric - 100% organic by the way - is so nice, unlike anything I've ever experienced in bed sheets. My advice - BY THESE SHEETS TODAY! Thank you Grund, for making such amazing products

Terrible choice!
It's been a full month since placing my order, all spent communicating with the "head" of customer service, who has been short, rude, and unhelpful. My order has still not been delivered. Don't trust on buying from this website. Find another that is more trustworthy and responsible and that really cares about their customers. I cannot comment on the quality of the products as I never received them.

Good morning.
Per my response to your Trust Pilot Review last night, I wanted to research on our end. I am sorry you feel we were “short, rude, and unhelpful”. Looking back at the email chain and the facts below, I do not see any indication of disrespect. If fact, we take tremendous pride in providing the very best customer service to all our customers. And most would agree, we do. The issue systems from a PO Box on the order, which FedEx does not deliver too, that forced a return back to our very large warehouse. It took us a few days to track it and log it into our system. However, we did react quickly with the product arriving today.

As promised, last night when I responded with minutes of receiving your review, I sent a notice to my team. As of this morning, I have discussed your situation with my team and here are the facts:
Saturday Dec 29th order placed
Office Closed until January 2nd
Wednesday, January 2nd order shipped, per the order placed
Monday January 14th 9pm EST, received email that the order was missing. MT responded to CM
Tuesday January 15th MT sent the request to track to customer service
Tuesday January 15th JB contacted CM to inform that FedEx did not deliver as expected. CM responded.
Wednesday-Friday researched if package was received in our Charleston, SC warehouse
Monday January 21st holiday (office closed)
Tuesday January 22nd JB received physical address from CM
Wednesday January 23rd, Order reentered and reshipped. FedEx station weather delay, order process 1/25
Wednesday January 30th order expected to arrive. FedEx 944037070129930
Hindsight is 20/20 and FedEx does not deliver to a PO box, unless there is a physical address. See their terms below. We missed this on your order. However, once we were notified that you did not receive your shipment, we sent on1/2/19, we responded immediately (actually within an hour when the office was closed)
FedEx Express can ship to a P.O. box in some international destinations, including Puerto Rico, but you are required to provide a valid telephone, fax, or telex number. All other FedEx services do not deliver to PO Boxes for addresses in the United States.
Celeste, I apologize for the delay in getting your our Grund product. It should be delivered today. Once you receive it, you will love it. If you do not want it, please keep the product in its packaging without using it and will we send a return label If this is the course of action, once we receive the product back, we will issue a refund within 3-5 days. I hope with the time invested in this situation you see that we truly care.

High Quality and Organic
Grund America is a great company to deal with. I ordered the Asheville Non Skid Organic Cotton rugs. High quality that is hard to find elsewhere. The rug is soft, thick, and durable and washes up well. I have looked around and ordered many other bathroom rugs and couldn't find the quality I was looking for until I ordered these rugs.

Grind = Quality. I've purchased several items from Grund. Their products are high quality. Descriptions on the website are thorough and transparent. I take advantage of their frequent and generous email discounts and discounts, which make their luxurious towels and sheets affordable.
Please read the return policies thoroughly. I have always been very pleased with my order, and returns have not necessary. However, some will find their return policy somewhat restrictive.

Christmas Shopping Done!
Experienced the incredibly quality of their towels and throws while visiting a friend. Right then and there I knew I had my Christmas shopping done! I ordered towels and throws for all family members. The ordering process was smooth and I was very happy with the timeliness of the shipping. Next year I will be ordering these for myself!
