Unfortunate First Experience
Placed my order on 12/13 and received FedEx shipping information on 12/16. Contacted them on 12/20 as my order had still not been tendered to FedEx and got a quick reply on 12/21 that they were checking with the warehouse. Did not receive a follow up to that and eventually contacted FedEx on Christmas Eve. They had still not been given the package. Package was finally tendered to FedEx after Christmas on 12/26 and received on 12/28. It was disappointing to have ordered it so early and still have to show up empty handed at Christmas. I was also disappointed that I didn't get a follow up after 12/21, never got an explanation nor any apology for the delay.

Hi Yelena. I'm surprised by your comments. You had signed up to receive a free + shipping (99 cents) face towel so you could sample our products. As we mentioned in the promotion we were offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I'm going to refund you the 99 cents. Please feel free to keep the face towel. It's unfortunate you didn't contact us directly (and immediately) so we help fix the problem. ~ Eric

Your towels are excellent
Your towels are excellent. It’s thick and soft. It doesn’t leave a lint behind. The towel is tuff, really hard to pull part and It’s absorbent. And it’s feels soo nice against your skin.
