I ordered from LIT on June 9 it is now the 15th and my package still hasn't been shipped. . I contact them email and they have a AI bot respond to the inquiries.. but when i wrote that i was going to another farm and getting a refund ..they responded with all sales are final .. with no name on the response.. What's worst this was my 5th time purchasing from them the last package i had was stolen because USPS delivered to the wrong door so i got a refund and repurchased ...i guess they didn't like that

Being answered by a bot, then given an unsigned "all sales are final" the moment you mentioned a refund, is not how a fifth-time customer should be treated — particularly after the USPS mis-delivery last time. Not a good company at all. First it took forever to get it and when the package arrived the product looked nothing like the picture online the product was mid at best very disappointing and I will no longer order from them

Excellent product, excellent price. Only bad part is the shipping time.. wish it would get to me faster.. but I have to say well worth the wait !! I ordered smalls this time .. I've cream cake and bubble gum runts..yummy and nice high.

It’s crazy for months I have been buying from them but overcharging for 2 days shipping and now it’s a week the only thing your company did was give me 20% discount and no updates on my shipment that’s unprofessional after this I’m going to vertex exotics at least they get to your house in a day or two 👎🏾🚫

This company sucks. Quality weed is everywhere but when it comes to service this company is white trash. Lets all get together and get this company out of here. Do you like: $20 shipping price Paying for priority service and not getting it Being told they have a 14 day shipping policy Being lied to over chat. Repeat there 14 day shipping policy. This company needs to leave the USA. We can not have them representing this wonderful country

Ordered and 2 days later got a update about a shipping label. 8 day shipping! Horrible product! 4 different stands came in dry with not a single moisture pack. I will never shop here again. I seen a review like this one on reddit and disregarded it. That was my mistake. Could go to your local smoke shop for something way better. Have moisture packs and 48 hours of it in a dark place if you do order with them. Good luck

Four strains arriving dry with no humidity pack in any of them is a packing failure, not bad luck, and eight days in transit only makes it worse. Customers shouldn't have to rehydrate what we sent.
