Order not received sent 5/13 26 @ priority shipping which cost around $10-12 bucks! Still no order delivery! Sad Business practices!

i TOOK A Chance and tried this company out.I purchased an ounce of thca bud and the only option it gave me to ship was priority shipping which cost another $12.14 for what is supposed to be 1-3 daysfor shipping now almost 6 days later I still don't have my product andf now come to find out it's going to take longer . Sounds to me like they are charging for priority and using free mail pocketing the $12.14 extra. even support comes back and says in an email to me that shipping typically takes3-7 business days. yes if using free USPS delivery. I would not recommend that anybody shop at this company until they get their customer service up to par. and start being more straightforward.

These are the slowest people on earth.. With this new economy these people will be gone in 90 days.. They are a crappy Luxury as they sit. Money is getting harder to come by and these people act like they think they are untouchable.. They DO NOT listen to their customers and can't seem to come into the future and get UPS. Your 5 day policy just sucks and it is NOT acceptable to anyone but you.. I hope you can pay the rent with weed bc that is all you are going to have. After months of waiting and waiting and waiting for no good reason.. LIT Farms YOU ARE FIRED..

If I didnt have to give at least one star, I wouldnt have given any. I placed my 3rd and 4th orders on May 5 and the conformation emails said delivery May 11. USPS said, May 8, shipping label created. May 11 my order did not arrive. USPS still said it was waiting for the shipment/label created. The order shipped May 11, the day I was to get it. I have sent 5 emails to LIT and all I get is the ridiculous AI BS. I get no responses from a person, other than we will escalate your issue and then I get a how did we do survey. I tried a phone number for them but it wasnt valid. Honestly this company is crap, sketchy and I will not be ordering from them again and will not be recommending anyone to LIT. They charge astronomical shipping charges and have a route protection plan you can pay for. After all this think about it, why pay the extra when LIT makes no attempt to rectify their mistakes. I refuse to do business with a company who tries to scam their customers. I still have not heard anything about how their going to make things right. Perhaps they should be more customer focused instead of worrying about profits. Stay away from LIT Farms, there are better companies out there to order from.

Problem with an order, didn’t give me the promotion. Wouldn’t send me it. Called me a lier. Told me I’m blocked. Crooked company.

Still waiting for an order placed approximately 13 days ago. Got charged $13 for priority shipping and plus another $4 for insurance. And it's a bunch of b******* and I don't care how good their weed is. I'll get it somewhere else. Do not like their customer service one bit

Litfarms is nothing more than a scam company that rips off customers, I purchased 2 ozs. of Gelatti for $80 a oz. on 420, they stated it was a big sale, when I received it I contacted them and let them know it was very weak and smelled like grass, never received a reply, several days later they sent me a email asking to review my purchase on there site, I left one star and they refused to publish it, and now they are selling the same Gelatti herb for $30 a ounce. Stay far away from this company, complete scammers
