Love dealing with Lit farms just concerned web page down almost a week now I had placed an order about 15 hours before page went under maintenance what will happen with my order anyone ever have this happen???

UPDATE: This review is subject to change, but as for now I’m giving Lit a one star rating. I paid $54.95 for an ounce of a particular strain. The company said they would not take the money out until it shipped which seemed legit at the time. The next day I received an email saying they did not have enough of the product to fulfill my order so my order was being canceled and I was going to be refunded. Well, this morning I looked in my account and the money was taken, and when I went onto the lit site, it has been under maintenance for over 24 hours and this is starting to cause me concern.. I was wondering if anyone has the telephone number to lit arms available. Thank you for any assistance. UPDATE UPDATE Breaking News: I was finally able to reorder a twenty eight gram package of tropical runtz... I paid fourteen dollars and twelve cents for 2 days shipping. The package arrived six days later. While I'm not very happy with the length of time It took to reach me... When the product finally arrived it was just as described. Fruity aroma and very sticky. And the vibes it gives out are commendable. I'm giving the product itself A five star and the delivery a four star so i'm going to give Lit farms a 4.5 rating I will definitely be reordering from this company!!!!

Sometimes it's a little harsh or dry but always gets me feeling good and f or $39.99 how can you complain. Most strains get better after a couple of days and continues to get better even if the terps fade away. As far as you who are to bright the shipping delay is USPS fault not LIT's so stop crying about your delivery times and losses due to USPS. I have informed delivery mine sits in hubs. Travels all the way across the country and sits in a nearby state and actually went past my state and had to come back. Then sit in my States postal hub for 4 freaking days. So when you blame shipping issues blame the right party fool

Had to re-post a review, because I had to be accurate when dealing with fellow buyers. LIT FARMS did come through as promised. I thought I got scammed because it took A MONTH for my order to finally arrive! Overall, the product indeed showed up, but just know that it may take twice as long as normal for you to receive it! Thanks LIT FARMS! I will definitely be placing another order soon with you guys! 😎

The bad reviews on here are from people who obviously couldn't figure out how to use the internet to get a hold of these guys. Almost Everything I've gotten from them has exceeded my expectations, and the one dissatisfaction I've had was promptly fixed in a way that went above and beyond. As long as you're smart enough to know how to get in touch with these guys(which isn't hard),you will definitely be satisfied. I don't use regular dispensaries anymore. GREAT COMPANY! Just takes a little while to get to you.

I'm giving LIT a 5 star review because I ordered a oz of the blue zushi and they accidentally sent me the eight. I messaged them and they let me pick another supreme oz for the replacement. 🔥🔥 Great customer service and I'll continue to do business with them.

This company is trash. Super disappointed. Customer service is non existent. Extremely slow, no appreciation for customers. I would never order from them again. They just want your money then its on you after that. Theres no excuse to treat people like that.

Got 2 zips today very happy white runtz and black both preferred solid 8/10
