VINCE IS BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Absolutely horrible company. Vince is the hands down most rude cs agent I’ve ever delt with in my life! I was told by Vince that I was a thief and committing fraud, all because I used a diff email than what I normally use, and he went by my email NOT the order number I gave him. Than got mad at me because he could t find the order I was taking about threw my email “ I never told him my email he assumed because it’s the email I was using while talking to him” if he would have read the email yje order number was on the first line of the email and the last line of the email as well! Anyway Vince proceeded to tell me I’m trying to commit fraud for using a different email even though the address name and card was all the same! Anyway Vince made me so mad calling me a fraud that I told him to cancel the order, he did and it literally took me over a month to get my refund they kept saying my bank won’t accept the refund 🤣 sounds to me like maybe they was trying to commit fraud?? It would take them weeks to respond if they did at all would get mad at me and tell mental o stop harassing them. Y’all got 342$ of mine and I’ll message 100x a day if need be to get what’s mine back! Bank ended up giving me my money back because lit couldn’t do it for some reason! I left a complaint about Vince on there rate your service page and Vince started sending me emails with laughing emojis and saying “have a lit day”. I was beyond stupid and placed another order after all that mess and guess what? I had 7oz of mold delivered to my door. 7 OUNCES OF MOLD EVERYLAST OZ HAD MOLD!!!! I feel like I was sent that mold on purpose out of spite and hatred. I can’t prove Vince had that mold purposely sent to me but I have a real good gut feeling that he absolutist have it sent purposely. I feel like it was hand picked just for me from him. Can’t prove it but I belive it in my heart. You have a gut tell you over and over you’re a fraud and thief than next order come full of 7oz of mold everylast oz had mold! Message cs and guess who I got again? Yep Vince the punk and he told me I was a liar this time and refused to help me. So yet again I went off because of the disrespect I felt and I feel like the punk tried to mess with my heart by sending me that mold! Anyway he did his same ol Vince bs and a red like he’s to good to assist you. Note from the very first convo I had with Vince I could tell he didn’t want to be there he was extremely rude and standofish from the very beginning! Anyway a fella named soup Finaly got on and told me I’d be refunded in full. Only got refund for 1 that’s a partial refund not full. So I messaged soup and he finaly refunded my full order after saying he would the first time and only partially refund me. This company is rude a mess and a huge health hazard. Mold cross contamination is an extremely real thing and they don’t care! I can’t believe this company employees ppl like Vince he has a lot of complaints on just him and he’s still there. Anyway stay far far far away from this company and all these good reviews started coming as I was having all these issues and letting them know I was going to let everybody everywhere know about my experience and show proof of what I’m saying. I have emails and pics flscreen recordings for the very first interaction with Vince to the last and everything in between. What I’m saying is these recent positive reviews are lower than likely paid by lit to come here and leave them! This company is absolutely untrustworthy shady rude and deplorable twords there customers. I even told Vince my dad was passing from terminal blood and bone cancer and he couldn’t even tell me sorry all he did was tell me he don’t care and to never shop there again. I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING IVE SAID HERE EMAIL SCREEN SHOT AND SCREEN RECORDED FROM BEGENING TO END!! I feel like this guy seriously tried to poison me can’t prove that but it’s what I feel in my heart. I will never shop there again and I will continue to tell everybody I see talk about the the experience I’ve had with them. Vince has a lot of complaints about how rude he is IT IS NOT JUST ME WHO HAS HAD THESE EXPERIENCE WITH THAT PUNK LITTLE BOY HE TREATED ALOT OF FOLKS LIKE TRASH AND TALKS TO THEM LIKE TRASH! He half does his job and gets mad at the customer for it. Horrible human being and horrible company to employ such a person knowing how he talks to ppl! STAY FAR AWAY FROM LIT DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!

Amanda — we're sorry. Being accused of fraud over an email address, waiting a month for a refund, and then receiving product with mold is not an experience we can defend, and the tone you describe is not how anyone here should speak to a customer. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and this will be handled by someone else and taken seriously.
