Why did I bother paying for quick shipping?
I paid extra for 2-5 day shipping. It’s been10 days and still I have not received it or even received an email saying it shipped. I’ve ordered here before and it took months to receive my order. I have to tell people to stop giving me gift cards here.

I'm so sorry that your order hasn't been received yet. Production for gold items takes approximately 4 weeks. I have issued a refund for the extra shipping charges for the Priority shipping. We appreciate your comments to help us in improving our service and communication.

My ring came tarnished
My ring came tarnished. It was very dark with tarnished, orange spots on it. I hope the remake actually looks like the advertising.
