I love the designs and craftsmanship, and have been a customer for years. Recently I had a problem with something custom made, and when I returned it, I received the beautiful replacement right away.

Bought a lovely bracelet for a 18th birthday present. I also purchased the 3 year warranty for it in case it got broken. I have not received any information about this warranty as to how to file a claim if needed. I thought something like this would be included when the gift arrived.

I ordered two of the birthday flower necklaces and they are very well-crafted. Also, the items came quickly and I was kept informed of their journey via email.
