My two rings arrived quite tarnished. Although customer service was very helpful by sending me a return mailing label and ordered two new rings, they, too, arrived quite tarnished.

I was told when I ordered that I would receive my purchase in 2-8 days. I began getting multiple emails every single day. When I got an email asking me to rate the purchase I hadn't received, I was livid and gave a 1 star rating. They then contacted me to say everything was had made and that took 14-21 days. Why not just say that upfront? My in box is now cluttered with the endless emails. The rings are cute but not that cute.

The clasp on the chain would not open wide enough to make it work. I moved the cross to another chain I have.
