I contacted them about receiving the wrong chain and they were super helpful. Can’t wait to get my new chain. I have ordered from them before and love there work.
I am very disappointed that it said a silver link chain and instead was sent a ball chain. I have ordered a necklace before and loved it. I do not like the ball chain at all. I will now have to spend money to change the chain.
