Still haven’t received my gold charm after over 2 months…
I ordered a gold charm for my gold necklace, in mid June and still haven’t received it (August 31) No explanation from the company, until I finally called and emailed them to see what was going on. Apparently they have no gold to make my charm and it may be several more weeks before they can make it. This is the second time I have had to contact the company for an order that wasn’t filled in a timely manner. I didn’t receive that order for over 2 months. I don’t think that I’ll be doing business with Lisa Leonard in the future:(

All was awesome overall yet only 4 stars because it wasn’t looking like the bar necklace was polished before sent to me. That’s unusual for this company. I am never disappointed until this time. I will still shop there :>
