Very disappointed
I ordered a pewter dog paw Christmas ornament to give my grandchildren this Christmas because they are heart-broken that their beloved dog had cancer & had to be put down. I have bought these kids ornaments from you for several years now but doubt I will again. The pewter disc & paw print were great, but I actually had to put my glasses to even see that his name was printed on it. If you didn't know it was there you wouldn't see it. I would have sent it back immediately, but you won't refund personalized merchandise. Jill Berry

Quality necklace
Quality necklace, shipped in a timely manner but most importantly brought a huge smile to our daughter who is fighting depression. Thank you for helping us make that possible.
