Lisa Leonard DesignsReviews of lisaleonard.com

Lisa Leonard Designs does magnificent work! The jewelry is gorgeous, personal, and very special as a gift or for yourself. There's a lot of pieces to choose from (I have many), ordering online is easy, and the prices are reasonable, especially for the exceptional quality. My family and friends all love Lisa Leonard!

Quick ordering process & my daughter is having her first baby in August. It will be a sweet gift!

Lisa Leonard Designs was so great to work with and we ended up with a beautiful graduation gift for a sweet family friend! They totally helped with figuring out ring size, they were prompt with correspondence, and the ring is so gorgeous! This is our go-to shop for gifts and treats!

I love Lisa Leonard Designs. I wear her jewelry and I've gifted her jewelry. It is my go to when I need the perfect gift.

I had a horrible experience with Lisa Leonard. My best friend tried to get me a ring with my new daughter’s name on it. The first time it came completely tarnished and I could not clean it with a jewelry cleaning cloth. I had to send it back. The second time it came with my daughter’s name misspelled and I had to send it back. The THIRD TIME it came and the name was completely crooked and you couldn’t read it. Then, they had the audacity to CHARGE for the return of the 3rd ring. Each time it had to be sent back with a form included. I would 100% NEVER recommend anyone order from this company.

I love Lisa Leonard Designs. I have many pieces from her collections that I have bought over the years that perfectly encapsulate the beauty of the particular moment in my life. Her stunning jewelry resonates with me as I can look at one of her pieces and visually identify when it was that I purchased the piece as well as admiring it's beauty while I am wearing it. My favorite piece that I have is the Family Tree necklace. It is a beautiful reminder of my family and the husband that I lost. I can admire the beauty of the necklace and also love the sentimentality that it brings to my life. I continue to be impressed with the quality and the variety of items that she sells. Lisa Leonard Designs is my favorite jewelry to wear and to buy for myself or friends. Thank you, Lisa!

I paid more than 500.00 for two gold and precious stone rings on January 27th. I had not received a shipping notification or update by 2/28/23, and reached out multiple times asking for both. There is no autoreply, support ticket, and I have received no replies. In the meantime, I did take a look at reviews here and BBB and was dismayed to discover my problem is not rare, and today, leaving this review, I see that in the last 12-15 hours there are multiple 5 star reviews in a row, pushing down the reviews I initially read dated this month and last (this makes me suspicious about the veracity of those recent reviews). I'm empathetic that small businesses sometimes run into big problems, and I'm open to truthful updates about such problems and reasonable, but I feel I haven't been given any recourse but to let others know about my experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the love and loss ring set. Poor quality cheap metal. No shine or polish to the items. Wore them for less than 1 week. Edges felt rough against my finger. I threw them out. Do not waste your money on items from this company.
