Easy ordering. Merchandise was outstanding quality! Would order again.

A representative from Lisa Leonard called and I was able to change the design to what I really wanted. This made me very happy. I feel they went above and beyond. Thank you

Fantastic shopping experience and quick delivery on order. The necklace and keepsake dish are exactly as described. Very beautiful! Thank you!

I have ordered in the past from Lisa and have never been more pleased until I get the next order. Her work is the best quality, pricing and customer service. You really touch my heart. Thank you!

Beautifully made- it is perfect! I will definitely be ordering more pieces!

I've ordered many items from Lisa Leonard Designs over the years and have loved them all. They always arrive just as I ordered them. Until this last time. I ordered a Bursting Heart necklace with my one and only grandson's name on it. Because the pendant is larger, I ordered a 30 inch link chain. When I received it, the inscription was perfect, but the chain was a 24 inch ball chain. I called and spoke to an associate who apologized for the mix-up and is sending me the correct chain for my beautiful pendant. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Lisa's products or the wonderful customer service her shop provides. I've gotten many items as gifts for friends and family, and they are always well received with a lot of oohs and aahs! The workmanship is top notch, the engraving is always perfect, and her designs are beautiful and unique. Besides jewelry, I've also purchased the Advent Tree for my grandson - and it has been a real joy! So many beautiful little designs for the season and so nicely crafted. I've also loved the Christmas village houses and shops and just love to display them. So lovely and special. I'm a big fan!

I am very very sad and disappointed. I previously ordered 2 stacking rings in 2016. I have loved. When you came out with the one with the puppy paw on it I emailed your company and asked if it would fit with my current rings in the stack. I got no response. This past month I was sitting by a friend and I admired her stacking rings and she said, "I copied them from you!" I decided to move forward with purchasing the paw ring. I placed my current rings on the paper and that is how I selected the size. However, the new ring is way too small. It is also a dull silver not polished like my name stacking rings. I am going to send this to the company and see if any response!

I have always been so very pleased with the jewelry I have purchased from Lisa Leonard. Love the beauty and the simplicity of my pieces❤️
