Fast and reliable
I ordered my wife a bracelet for her birthday and wanted it here on time. I payed for the faster delivery date and it was here a day before. Their craftsmanship and quality of their product is above reproach. Thank you!

My item says delivered by UPS
My item says delivered by UPS, however it has not arrived. The company recommended on how I have to follow up and their instructions brought no results. I hesitated to purchase from this company as the shipping fee was $25 and it was a very light package. I should have trusted my instincts. I have spend way too much time on this already. I guess I just have to write it off as a loss...

I’m actually unhappy
I’m actually unhappy. I have two other rings with my kids names and they are beautiful and polished. I just had my third and the ring looks dull and completely different from my other two. Why the change?! I would like a new ring that looks like my other two.
