I already have the necklace with charms that have my kid’s names on them, and those are good. I just bought 3 name rings. Two of them turned out well, but the a in nina is lower than the rest of the letters, so I don’t like how it looks.

It took me a few tries to navigate your website and honestly was getting very frustrated before being able to purchase. Then at checkout it showed no charge for shipping but when I gave my payment info it totaled with shipping by that time I just made the purchase due To frustration so hopefully I will like your products after jumping through hoops.

I got the sterling silver jumble of charms necklace for Mother’s Day. I love it! So petite and well made. Only one charm so far with my first grandson’s name on it. I’ll hopefully add more as grandchildren are added to our family. Shipping was quick especially considering the charm is personalized. I did not have to use their customer service on this order. I’ll definitely be purchasing again! Thank you!
