Lisa Leonard DesignsReviews of lisaleonard.com

Your web site is fairly easy to view and simple to place an order. I would like it if you could provide tracking once the order has shipped. Otherwise, you have some very interesting and beautiful product offerings. Thanks!

Quick delivery,as well as beautifully made products. Very happy. I will definitely purchase from you again!

I love Lisa Leonard's designs as well as her story. She is honest and positive and that is reflected in the jewelry. I appreciate the prices and special deals. I've always gotten what is expected.

After the clasp on my first bracelet failed and I lost it, it had very very deep emotional value because it was in memory of my son that we lost when he was 26 years old. I spoke with them several times about the gauge of silver and any other remedy, they said I should re-order with the extra warranty(and pay again). I did that and a year later the clasp failed again. (I am retired, I do very little risky actions that would cause damage to occur, and when you never take it off, you don’t notice quickly when it’s gone). I called well within the warranty time, and they said the bracelet wouldn’t be covered, AFTER they told me that would help when I purchased a SECOND one. Soooo, because it means so much, I was advised that I could purchase my 3rd one at a 50% discount. Well, they offer a 50% discount on everything several times a year, so was that really good customer service? Not really! But because it is such a beautiful piece, I made the THIRD purchase. It will be up to me to secure it to my heavier gauge silver bracelet that I’ve worn for 10 years straight and never lost. Just a very emotional and sad experience.
