This is my second order from Lisa. Very happy with the quality of the products. This purchase was a replacement for a ring that lost on the golf course. Customer service was very accommodating with sizing my ring. Highly recommended Lisa’s line of jewelry.

I love the products. Most are good quality. The designs are unique. The tiny footprint ring is cute. I wear it every day as a reminder of my sweet dog who is no longer with us. I took a star away because I realized, after I had placed the order, that I needed a slightly larger size. I contacted the company within a few days of ordering and was told that ALL of the pieces are custom made and that if I needed a different size I would have to reorder and send the original order back. I was also given the option to have it sent back and resized. I highly doubt the footprint rings are custom made. I ended up ordering two. I took a second star away because I was supposed to get a free necklace with the second order and it wasn’t included when my package arrived. This is not the first time this has happened with free items. I do love the product but the customer service is just ok.
