Lisa Leonard DesignsReviews of lisaleonard.com

I LOVE Lisa's wise words and blog....I so appreciate her speaking from the heart and sharing her thoughts of life and love! The products are so beautiful, quality and personal. I love her designs and have recommended it to many friends.

I placed my order over a month ago. The time for a custom piece turn around is stated to be 1-3 weeks. I paid an additional $14 to have it priority shipped. I still haven’t received my order. It hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve called and emailed multiple times only to be told that they don’t have the gold on hand to make my order and can’t tell me when they will get it. The company never reached out to me to tell me there is an issue, I’ve been the one to reach out every time. While they can’t seem to figure out to communicate proactively with a customer once they have already paid, they certainly have time to bombard them for marketing purposes. I receive multiple emails and texts every single day trying to sell me more stuff when they can’t even make the order I’ve already paid for. I’m very disappointed. The only option I’ve been given is to cancel my order. I don’t want to cancel as I really like the item and can’t find something similar anywhere else. They haven’t attempted to make this right in any way…not even an email or phone call to update me. Unfortunately, at this point, I can’t recommend this company. I ordered this as a gift and needed it within the timeline stated. They haven’t fulfilled their timelines, won’t tell me when they will be able to fulfill the order and have made no attempt to initiate communication. If I didn’t have friends who owned jewelry from this company, I’d be convinced it was a scam at this point.

Love everything. Easy to order. Great quality line and arrives in a timely fashion!! Thank you.

Bought necklace for me and my daughter on Mother’s Day the one that has 2 parts I love you and love you more. Great gift we both share. Really want cross with heart will it ever go down in price?

Love my customized paw rings great detail and are everything that I wanted to remember my past and previous furbaby. I did have to send them back but the problem was fixed and got them back very quick.

I signed up for notifications. And got a 15% off code. Which you said I could use on any purchase. But it would not work I went ahead and ordered because my wife really like the necklace. But I will never order again. If that is the way your going to take care of a new customer.

I love all of my items! I love pewter and Lisa's designs fit me perfectly!

I am not a jewelry person but I love reading everything Lisa writes. It’s like….here’s some therapy and a ring. 😊❤️
