I needed one more charm for my necklace because of the birth of a new grandchild. I was able to purchase a single one. Process was very easy and will use them again in the future!

I didn't see anywhere to put message for recipient. I used your chat bot to see how to add a message and it was clueless. There was no where to close chat screen which was hiding fields for credit card info so I ended up closing browser window and starting over.

I have ordered more than a FEW beautiful items from Lisa Leonard over the years. Jewelry to the amazing nativity set. I can always count on the quality of her merchandise! I would, and have, recommended her site to many friends. 💖💖💖

The customer service rep that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and replaced our item with no questions asked. They stand behind their products and that's why we continue to shop with Lisa Leonard.
