Line 2. It's Amazing..Wonderful. It helped me have a very professional business number starting with just $20 per month for a toll free number. It's been a blessing not to carry more cell phones, just to have a 2nd line. I'm so grateful that they had this service, just when I needed it and it was so easy to find. I don't think it's no place in the world that I could have got a better deal:) very pleased.

Service has always been reliable but…
Service has always been reliable but the Windows app needs some work. It would be nice to sync contacts with Line2 and not just Outlook or Google. Also, Google integration is constantly breaking. Good stable service but they need to innovate and increase app integrations more on their apps.

Run, don't walk from this company. They are ruining my business. People tell me they aren't getting my messages, I'm missing voicemails, when I talk to people using Line2, the reception is horrible. Calls are dropped, and I have to just use my personal mobile number which is what I was trying to avoid giving out. Customer service is non-existent. They NEVER answer the phone. You always have to leave a message that never gets returned. I submitted a support ticket yesterday and still no answer. As I type this, I just tried to answer a call and couldn't hear my client. Open to anyone recommending other phone apps. In response to Line2, how many times is it reasonable to ask someone to contact you? I finally got through only to see a message from your tech support saying I was yelling and rude. Don’t make this about me. Being angry because you hurt my business because I missed multiple messages, had dropped calls, can’t get attachments all while being charged for this AND you don’t answer your phones and return calls.

Excellent honest help
The representative I worked with was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met on the call. He even got the extension I was looking for! I was very satisfied with his service. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. Hopefully I get him the next time I I need help.
