What a few years ago cost $99/yr. is now over $140! Call quality is not very good! Help is often not helpful for technical problems.

Horrible cust service and site. Finally accepted one of four valid credit cards over the course of 4 days, charged me, and has now suspended due to claim they have to verify me again. Do not respond to emails or answer phone for cust service. It's been several days now since I wrote this review, I've been told after speaking to their customer service that they told me to contact, which I've already been in contact prior to this review that I still have to wait 48 hours to get any answer from within the company. Their customer service once they put in a request for information or an answer is on a 48 hour wait time to get an answer. Absolute joke do not do business with this company.

I am a small business owner in North Texas. Have been using Line2 for four years, two main business numbers and several extension lines. Line2 service has been deteriorating, especially the past 12 months. The Line2 service (both Line2 App and the Line2 online dashboard accessed via browser) have issues to which support has provided zero acknowledgment nor solutions. For example, I have opened multiple Line2 tickets because the online Line2 dashboard switches on Use Line2 App all by itself, several times a day. The solution Line2 Support reccomended was to delete the Line2 app on my phone, clear cach, reinstall ...the app is completely seperate from the online, browser accessed dashboard hence, a completely incorrect fix from Line2. Regardless, I followed the recommendation and of course it made no difference. Subsequent help tickets on this and other issues are not responded to. Escalation requests are ignored. DO NOT USE LINE2 unless your needs are very, very simple and you have only one user. But do NOT expect stability nor support.

Great service but horrible compatability. Freezes up contantly. If you want to have a decent service be compatible with Microsoft!

Works great, until it doesn't. Tech support impossible. Held far too long and there is no reliable source of answers on the net.

I have been using line2 for over 10 years now through my computer. I find the product great. As I am partially deaf, I automatically record all calls so that I can replay them if needed. This is a major benefit to me. For the same reason I do not use the phone app because it is not possible to record the calls on my cell phone.

I have been unable to catch a number on this site. I have attempted to say I do not want this service and not charge my card and fees.
