Horrendous company that are borderline scammers... Please think twice about ordering from them

Awfully rude and extremely unprofessional customer service that seems to be run by just one person. My order was 2-3 months late and no apologies were given. The experience was soured and the item will likely be getting scalped on eBay in a year as a result. I had some fun via email with the “representative” at their expense afterwards, which is enough to earn the single star. Thank you! LRG also seem to be in the scam business by selling knock-off unofficial Gameboy cartridges as a “re-release” for Star Wars, even advertised as working on clone hardware. How is that any different from a Chinese fake?

Tried many many times to order a vita game finally tried to get one that was sold out and said PS4? Contacted them immediately totally unhelpful said I’d have to wait to be sent it then to send it back ( taking over a Month ) and would get 15% less what I paid ? Contacted PayPal , refunded in full! Would never use again and rather pay scalpers Price on eBay

I don't have a problem with anything but the quality of the games, when I receive them. Indents and bashes on the cases, even though in a shipping box. Marks or bad prints on the cover art. Crooked sticker art on Nintendo Switch cartridges, just to name some quality issues. They will replace or exchange anything, having bad quality, except the Switch cartridges themselves. This is a consistent thing with them, is the only reason I'm complaining. Look, I can't even explain it all, put it this way, I'm just done with them. I now only collect store released games, because if there is any issues they will exchange, but not Limited Run Games. Their games are now officially worthless to me! Thank you Limited Run Games, for being so bad for the gaming industry, in more ways then one. PS: Please go away.

Limited Run Games used to be terrible about shipping games out on time but recently they've been doing a great job! They even got me my Bloodstained copy early!

interesting concept but poor performance

"Limited Run Games" is a great name for them because they literally sell you broken games that cannot be beaten or completed (Night Trap Ps Vita).

Their policy gives them the power to delay games as many times as needed without you able to cancel anything. Even if they haven't shipped the product out and it isn't going to be shipped for another month or two. I experienced horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend you do business with this company.
